Our Methodology

LawyerZee is a legal discovery and intake platform. We aim to help consumers find and connect with lawyers by practice area and location. This page explains how we organize information, what we do and do not guarantee, and how we maintain the quality of our content.

What LawyerZee Is

LawyerZee is an informational resource. We provide educational content about legal practice areas, answer common legal questions, offer free legal calculators, and help users submit inquiries to be reviewed by attorneys. We organize information by practice area and city to make it easier for consumers to find relevant legal resources in their area.

What LawyerZee Is Not

How We Organize Content

Our content is organized around 12 major legal practice areas and 20 major U.S. cities. For each combination, we provide:

Content Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate, up-to-date, and helpful legal information. However, laws and regulations change frequently and vary by jurisdiction. The information on LawyerZee should be used as a starting point for understanding your legal options, not as a substitute for professional legal advice.

Lead Submissions

When users submit a case review request through our forms, the information is stored securely and may be shared with attorneys who can assist with the described legal matter. We collect only the information necessary to facilitate the connection and handle all data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Attorney Information

If attorney listings are displayed on LawyerZee, they are presented as directory entries and do not imply endorsement, recommendation, or ranking by LawyerZee. Attorneys or their representatives may request corrections or updates by contacting us at [email protected].

Calculator Disclaimer

Our legal calculators (including the Injury Settlement Calculator, Child Support Calculator, Divorce Cost Estimator, and DUI Penalty Estimator) use simplified formulas for educational purposes. Results are rough estimates only and should not be relied upon for legal or financial decisions. Always consult a qualified attorney for advice specific to your case.
